Step-by-Step Almond Pastry Cookies Recipe

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Cream Butter and Sugar
- In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of softened unsalted butter and 1 cup of powdered sugar. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Step 3: Add Extracts
- Pour in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon of almond extract into the butter-sugar mixture. Mix well until the extracts are fully incorporated.
